Mystery of the Leaky Tub PART 2!! The Mystery has been solved!!

We found the leak!! As most things it turned out to be a combination of issues.....
#1 The area at the end of the tub which was just a big hole was collecting spray and mist and then running down the end of the tub and onto the floor
#2 The plumbing underneath was filthy and partly plugged and also had a bad seal where it went into the floor, so after a while it would start to back up and to top it off there was a sag in the pipe
#3 This was another big one...even though the corner bead looked intact the seal on it was broken and had to be recaulked on the top edge of the corner bead AND the bottom edge as well which can be a real pain in the butt especially at the end where your fingers cant fit to well......
#4 Poor ventilation in the bathroom also caused a lot of mold growth on the wall and ceiling as you can see in part 1 of the video. This was scrubbed off and then treated with a mold spray. When I get a chance this summer I will repaint the ceiling with a paint that has a mold resistant additive added to it. (The additive is pretty cheap just a couple dollars per gallon)
