OVERCOMING HEARING VOICES - GEORGE JAGATIC - JUDITH KWOBA - NITE FLIGHT

George Jagatic worked in a psychiatric hospital in NYC and began experimenting with meth. Shortly afterward he began hearing discarnate voices which eventually went away after he came down. Being an extremely introspective individual, once George came to an understanding of what the voices were, how they operated and the patterns they ran he began the process of utilizing the material found on the websites below along with his own methods to substantially disrupt the patterns the voices ran. He recognized they constantly lied to him and recognized their pattern of feeding him malicious lies about himself and others and began confronting them with these lies. He then began over talking them and withdrawing his energy and attention from the voices which eventually allowed him regain control over his life, his functionality and significantly diminished the influence of the voices over his life. He eventually significantly beat them down allowing him to return to work and lead a relatively normal life. George's account of the voices, the kinds of things they told him about himself and others is just one example of the fixed, repeatable and predictable patterns that Jerry Marzinsky has found these voices ran in the hundreds of schizophrenics he interviewed in over 35 years of work on the front lines of mental health in several different psychiatric institutions.
