Is the Second Coming Virus Wave the Real 'Disease X' and They Are Telling Us It Has a 30% Kill Shot?

Shoutout to Montagraph for finding this government link that we are looking at in this video. He found the link a few days ago dated May 13th and it is actually a pretty ominous looking 'White Paper'. This week we heard Anthony Fauci testify before the Senate that the government had better not go to fast in opening the country because the Pandemic may come back tenfold, then we heard former government vaccine czar and fired department head turned 'Whistleblower' Rick Bright tell Congress that this coming Winter 2020/21 could be the worst one on record for disease and illness. Then on May 13th Montagraph discovers this government PDF where it talks about a coming 'Disease X' and how bad it will be with no way to trace it and no cure for the next Pandemic and it will have a 30% kill rate. We will be looking at some present and past media connections to this pending second wave of virus and how it will be coming within the next six month's right before the US Presidential Election.

I tried to put the hash tag 'DiseaseX' in the video description header and YouTube's algorithm blocked it. I can see that they may become a little uneasy about us using the word DiseaseX.
