A gorgeous sunny nearly-summer feeling day in London.
Every park I passed through was packed.
This was 'Jam in the Park' -a protest of musicians against lockdown restrictions.
The police turned up to close down a "mass gathering" of 150 people.
The police handling of this young lady's arrest was shocking to experience - and I've filmed a few bad ones.
She was screaming in agony and begging for help.
I hope the video captures the truth of the event.
