This isn't one of my regular videos, but more of a rant of what I'm noticing is a trend of either entitlement, laziness, or REAL struggle (and/or a combo of all three with other elements possibly being involved).
Do people just want to milk the system at workers' expense? Do people have issues that prevent them from getting to a job (car, bus, ailment, illness, etc.)?
A good amount of people today just don't want to work. A lot of people also believe that their employers 'force' them to do functions of any given job (they signed up for that job, so the employer - unless valid abuse is apparent - isn't 'forcing' anyone to do anything: you agreed to it upon employment).
Anyway, just an off video about what I've noticed on my end.
Peace!
