This disc has four demos. Amped, Dave Mirra BMX Racing 2, Dead or Alive 3 and Wreckless. I was surprised how much fun I had with Amped and BMX. With some effort I am sure I could pull off some really cool runs through the levels on these games. As is I had a lot of fun running in to trees in amped and cars in BMX. I went back to play them both again for a short time doing flips slamming in to trees and later jumping my bike off an overpass in to traffic. If these are in the 5-15 range I could be tempted to get the full games. Both would certainly be fun online with friends wiping out over and over for an hour or two. Next up is Dead or Alive 3. My favorite fighting game to button mash. The demo limits the playable characters and game type. It is more than enough to sour you or sell you on the game. I do have and enjoy DOA 3. The last demo on this disc is Wreckless. This game seems like it could be a lot of fun. If there are weapons on the cars in the full game I think I would enjoy it. The demo requires you to accelerate and crash in to the enemy vehicles to destroy them. It was easy enough but not all that much fun with a timer. If there is a free play option for this game I could again be tempted to look in to it. The explosions of glass and metal objects look really nice.
Special features
First look at Malice. I have purchased this game and I will try it out when it comes in. If the controls are not awful it looks like it could be fun. Microsoft Ads including Halo - Combat Evolved, DOA 3 "Kicks high", Project Gotham Racing, Oddworld Munch's Oddysee, Amped, NFL Fever 2002. Plays of the Month includes gameplay highlights from various games. A Visit from Chuck Liddell. Chuck Liddell plays as himself in a video game. Chuck Liddell playing a game looks like me button mashing Dead or Alive 3 rather than playing a game with any precision.
Extra Content
Extra content Includes videos for Gun Valkyrie, NBA Inside Drive and Rallisport. I have Gun Valkyrie. I recall playing Gun Valkyrie but not for long. I do not recall why. It is also one of the two games I know of that will not work with my HD capture. The xbox I use is a newer model with a different graphics system that breaks some games. NBA Inside Drive is a Basketball game preview. Rallisport is a Driving game, at least it is not basketball. Finally, blurry Disc Credits. Timestamps below. More demos exploration soon.
