I just weighed myself today, now about 65 kg, I lost over 30 kg since this PLAN-Demic started in early 2020.
It is not easy... It is all in the Mind...
First and most important I filtered and Vortex all my water (link below) no meat, sugar, medicine (painkillers) etc...
I make all my own food, organic and vegan (try to), listening to my body and stomach which tell me if what I eat is good for me.
To get pout and get fresh air, sun on your body and meet and talk to people and be 'sicial', are also very important.
Even if 99,999% of people I know and meet are totally brainwashed morons :)
And never be afraid of anything... Just be your own authentic self, then if people like you, the like who you 100% are...le
Just be yourself and don't give a shit if people get 'offended' and do like you...
I still train, at home and I swim traing once a week (try to).
When it get's a little warmer here, I go to the beach.
You should only eat something that is easily digestible. and now almost only eat once a day now... Almost :)
It is all in the Mind... Not easy... I 'work on it every Fucking day...
