A hidden secret of tango, of which some tangueros don't even seem to be aware of, is about to change the world.
As we maintain being strangers among strangers, putting taboos on any form of intimacy, like hugs, or nowadays even on shaking hands.
The mayor reason why we remain strangers among strangers, is turning intimacy, into a privilege, exclusively for 1 person.
Although the rules of tango talk about the man taking care of his "privileged" woman, like a princess,
even conventional dancers who support this "feminine insecurity," usually change partners.
For them it's all about the excitement of getting to know a stranger, and, through that, getting to know themselves, during close cooperation.
That's why I believe that dancing with a total stranger, will always inspire us to live a better life,
enjoying differences instead of letting them annoy us or learning from those differences that help to lead a better life.
It already seems to sound common to us to protect our beloved ones against the big bad world.
But what if the world isn't that bad after all?
What if there's only a few bad people, that happen to be in charge because they know exactly how to keep us divided?
That's why we learn steps instead of practicing to connect and move 1 body on 4 legs.
Learning steps will keep you spending money on lessons.
Learning how to connect takes only 1 lesson and a lifetime to enjoy developing this skill.
