The Great Culling Conspiracy

Was the evil elite planning an apocalyptic event years ago to usher in their NWO Beast system? Was it to be a "disease X", that would be highly contagious, have a high fatality rate, and create a lightning speed push for a new vaccine to stop it? Would they use this chaos to seize all of society in an attempt to stop it and create "safety for society?
I believe yes. Rockefeller Foundation in 2010 created an detailed plan to use a coronavirus, create the illusion of mass death and panic, and bring in a cure. Only the cure is actually a bioweapon, designed to wipe out most of the world. The elites would hide in bunkers until it stopped, and the survivors above would serve the elites as slaves in an Order out of Chaos New World.
