Aftermarket alarm systems and keyless entries have the potential to cause thousands of dollars of damage, from all the labor hours needed to track down what was cut, what was spliced and other damage done to wiring harnesses. The one benefit is having wiring diagrams and schematics.
If I didn’t have that, restoring this car to original would take me days if not weeks. Wires are all over the place. Its what we call spaghetti.
Back to the future of Hemis, and what the past Panther cars taught us. Originality is crucial. Keep all your original parts, keep the schematics for anything you do install, and maybe its time to stock up on parts that will be hard or impossible to find in the future!
