#### Dr. Ardis’ Recommended Protocol:
- Vitamin C — 5,000 MG daily. Recommended Forms: Sodium Ascorbate, Liposomal or Ascorbic Acid.
- Cardio-Plus Supplement (10 tablets morning and 10 evening on empty stomach away from food.
- Vitamin D 1000-7000 mg daily
- Magnesium Chloride (or Mag Orotate or Mag Oxide) 1000 mg a day (500 mg 2 times daily)
- Daily B Complex with b9(folate) and b12. (Both should be the methyl form.)
**Very important:** Zero Calcium or Iron
- Zinc 50mg twice a day with food (so 100 mg total)
Dr. Ardis also recommends for every 20 mg of Zinc take with 1 mg of Copper (to address the venom which he says sheds zinc and copper from your body)
- A Hydrogen nebulizer.
