Chip Tatum - Ex CIA Member of Black Ops Warns about the New World Order

Chip worked directly under George Bush who basically ran America until his death as he groomed Obama from a very young child as Obama's mother and father were also members of CIA, but what a lot of people don't know is that he controlled Carter, Reagan, Clinton, his son and by the time Obama was in office he was mind conditioned enough to take the leadership reign.
