SITUATION TODAY! GETTING VERY BAD! PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE!

Hello again everyone. I asked a neighbour if he could help me out to post this. I just wanted to show you guys what he looks like today. I took this photos and video clip today. It's 3days after my previous video. His eye is now swollen completely shut and his whole face is now starting to swell due to the infection. It's really getting critical. I found a video to show you what needs to be done and after that what can happen if I don't get it done. I'M SO SORRY AGAIN FOR ASKING THIS HERE.
Please everyone I'm so desperate at this point, I can see in how much pain he is and it's killing me not to be able to do something. I tried making an incision to try and drain some of the puss, but he won't let me make a cut and I'm so scared of damaging his eye.
Please I'll appreciate ANY help! PLEASE PLEASE....
The vet gave me an estimate of $770 depending on how bad it is, but if I can only get enough for the upfront payment I'll work off the rest. I just need to get it done A.S.A.P, but don't have the money.
