This is from a failed recording of the game "Duke Nukem II". In Level 5 of Episode Three, if you jump over the pillar in the upper right corner of the level, you will be trapped in an area with no escape unless you happen to have the flamethrower weapon on hand. Thankfully I saved so I had to start this level from the beginning again and finish the episode from there.
