Cobra Gold 19: "Dance of Kinnarees" at Bankoh-I-Duan School Dedication Ceremony B-Roll

Students of Bankoh-I-Duan School perform a traditional Thai dance dressed as Kinnarees at the dedication ceremony for a newly built multi-purpose building for the students and teachers of Bankoh-I-Duan School in the Tak Province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 19, 2019. Kinnarees are half-women, half-bird creatures often portrayed in Thai classical theatre, the best-know work being "Prince Sudhana and Manohra." Singapore Armed Forces, Royal Thai Armed Forces and U.S. Army service members worked side-by-side to complete this multi-purpose building during Exercise Cobra Gold 19. Exercise Cobra Gold 19 emphasizes coordination on civic action, such as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief events, developing interoperability and unity of action in crisis contingencies.
