In 2017 Shadow Brokers released a exploit, codenamed EternalBlue, which the NSA had developed to attack Microsoft Windows SMBv1.
The exploit was weaponised and used in WannaCry and NotPetya back in 2017. Two years on, in 2019, companies are still falling victim to this exploit. In this video I discuss the recent example of city of Baltimore, and the older NHS and Maersk examples.
