Each state in Australia needs to create their own version this is South Australia’s. You don’t need to know all of David’s document, just some key points that Allison will give to you. Be careful how you present. Dress like a pretty lady and keep your cool. ask the questions and then leave them hanging to ponder, rather than making the statements that they don’t have authority… Allison will pass on which critical statements to nail. Just maybe 3 or 4….

Download and save to a File
Print page 1 x 3 times in colour (one sided)
Print pages 2-119 x 3 times in black (one sided)
Organise so you have 3 x docs of pages 1-119
Documents will be too fat to staple so will need to be hole punched and tie ribbon through to hold together, one copy for you, one for Judge, one for other party.

Download and save to a File
Go through doc and change all red fields by adding own details
Print 1 copy in black (one sided)
Sign in blue pen



Step 1 – print out David’s original petition of right on A4 paper with 4 holes in spine for purple ribbon

Step 2 – adjust the personal petition for your state, print it out on legal paper – 8.5 x 14 inch with 4 holes in spine for purple ribbon post to queen with copy of David’s petition of right note the emails of the lords to also send it to

Step 3 – adjust the cover to the queen and print on A4

Step 4 – adjust the Bill of the Lading template to include address and registered letter number – note that David’s document weighs more than 500 grams and therefore cannot go in standard registered letter but needs to go into package, make sure to get the receipt of postage WITH the stamp from the post office.

Step 5 – serve as many members of government as you can with a copy of David’s doc, your personal petition, don’t forget to include a copy of the Bill of Lading Template and postage receipt into all following servings.Here is a Bill of Lading – which simply means a receipt of postage – ALWAYS have a record of your posting which includes the numbers of the registered letter – Bailor is who you are sending it to – you are the Bailee.

Step 6 – you are ready to serve your Asseveration Notice. !!!
