On March 11, 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake that left 18,425 people dead or missing caused tremendous damage and trauma to many.
We heard the stories of people who experienced the earthquake and tsunami firsthand and were terrified, as well as the grief of those who lost family members.
We heard of people who could not use the water supply and could not use the toilets. We heard of people who could not get gas and had to wait in line in traffic jams for hours just to get to work, knowing that they would be stuck in the traffic for hours.
Everyone thought that this was a natural disaster, a reality that we had no control over and had to accept.
However, according to Katsutaka Idogawa, former politician and former mayor of the town, the Great East Japan Earthquake was a "man-made disaster," and he knew what was going to happen eight days before that day. Please listen to his angry voice trying to tell the truth.

Manga author Tetsu Kariya interviewed Idokawa, and in the May 19, 2014 issue of "Big Comic Spirits," he wrote in the form of a direct appearance of Idokawa in his serialized manga “Oishinbo" along with the above symptoms, "There are many people in Fukushima with the same symptoms. 地震や津波を身をもって経験し恐怖した方の話や、家族を失った方々の悲痛な声も聞きました。
水道が使えずトイレも儘ならなかった事や、まともにガソリンを入れる事ができず何時間も渋滞に巻き込まれる事が分かっていても職場に向かう為、生活の為には他にどうしようも無く渋滞の列に並びに行かなければなりませんでした。
これは自然災害で我々にはどうする事も出来ず、受け入れなければならない現実なのだと誰もが考えていた事でしょう。
ですが、元政治家であり元町長の井戸川克隆氏によれば、東日本大震災は「人災」であり、あの日の8日前には何が起こるか分かっていたと言うのです。真実を伝えんとする怒りの声をお聴き下さい。

漫画原作者の雁屋哲が井戸川に取材し、『ビッグコミックスピリッツ』2014年5月19日号で、連載中の漫画『美味しんぼ』に井戸川を直接登場させる形で上記の症状とともに「福島では同じ症状の人が大勢いますよ。言わないだけです」「福島県に人は住めない」との主張を引用し掲載した。
