Fluoroquinolone Antibiotic Toxicity Syndrome and Trigger Substances (Caffeine)

Originally published at YouTube on October 6, 2019 **An update on my update!** After further research, I realized that I was not doing myself any good by reintroducing coffee on a regular basis due to its effects on cortisol, hormones, and blood sugar. I will cut it out again for a period of time and report back if I'm able to have it the odd time or not.

These videos are on my own personal recovery from fluoroquinolone antibiotic poisoning. Please make your own decisions based on your own bodies and their reactions to foods and drinks.

I was poisoned and disabled by the fluoroquinolone antibiotic Cipro in December 2009.
