Unreal footage shows a man who is supposedly drunk, leaning and then falling backwards into a huge pot of boiling porridge. Bystanders did attempt to save the man, however, getting burned in the process the attempts were futile.

A man, identified as Muthukumar, died due to burn injuries after falling into a pot of boiling porridge in Tamil Nadu's Madurai on Friday, July 29. He was admitted to the hospital with 65% burn injuries but he died on Tuesday, August 2. The entire incident was captured on a CCTV camera.
'Aadi Velli' is an important festival celebrated across Tamil Nadu where porridge is cooked and distributed to the public in honor of Goddess Amman. As a part of the event, porridge was being cooked in large vessels at Madurai's Pazhanganatham for Muthu Mariyammam temple devotees on Friday.
