But then again there has also been talk of her getting another chance to try and push her dead parrot deal through the house and even that should she fail to get agreement from her fellow MPs that she should be allowed to go once more into the breach and try to re-negotiate with a now even more obstinate European Union!
The former Tory leader and Brexiteer MP Iain Duncan Smith says that it would be a disaster if the PM and her team tried to brazen it out in the face of a massive 200 or so vote loss.
He said that should she try such a thing it would become a leadership issue, something he would not like to see. Unsurprising given the fragility of the Tory position in the Commons at the moment.
And there is also talk of Labour Party MPs trying to form an alliance with unhappy Tory and DUP MPs to try and force a leadership change should Theresa May fail in her appointed task.

He is planning to but a bill before parliament on Monday for a form of renegotiated membership of the European Union.
He thinks the UK can remain in the EU but somehow restrict freedom of movement and reform EU institutions: you know like David Cameron signally failed to do during the run up to the EU referendum in 2016, when he came back from touring the capitals..
