Broken Podcasters

Independence often, if not always, comes down to using your own resources; time & money being two major examples. These efforts are traded for results. Primarily purchasing power that will allow you to continue to operate. If you're on a quest, for example, to spread or defend "truth" or seek "justice" on someone's (humanity, or your race) behalf, and the funding dries up, then it's time for a break.
This is how the opposition tries to "break" threats to its hegemony. Censorship isn't completely about silencing dissent, it's about removing the opposing narratives from the scene & making resources difficult if not impossible to acquire.
If you're already loaded, like a Carlson or Trump, they attempt to break you with fines, lawsuits, penalties, or occupying your time in court or jail so you cannot operate.
The split in the podcasters scene, (from my perspective) happened this year when a "network" of podcasters accepted "affiliate programs" from a huge company, and others did not.
The public will not pay for media. It, the herd, will not pay enough to make an organization viable, so sponsorship is required.
That's when you're independence ends.
It's a classic operation. It's a wakeup call for Hugh. You're row boat has become a cruise ship and the passengers alone can no longer keep it afloat. You have an obligation to your crew & supporters. You can't allow the ship to sink, so you echo the message of your "affiliates" (partners, stake holders) even if you know their message isn't true. Even though you know the affiliates' messages are manipulating your base. Even if your reporting must gloss over information that could be deemed detrimental to the sponsors' agenda.
Then you're trapped. It's no different than a debt trap. You've become dependent. Addicted. A victim of the very system you'd ostensibly been warning about.
How did this happen? Because you're no different than those you criticize.

Living in Sci-fi World

Have you noticed that our current societal circumstance resembles science fiction from the middle of the previous century? Seems like every week "experts" are discussing some ethical conundrum that comes right out of a Phillip K Dick short story. I'd seen the movie adaptations, but I never heard of Dick until maybe a dozen years ago, when 'The Man in the High Castle' was running on some cable channel.
The more I listen to the whistle blower podcasters talk about technocracy, neural prosthetics, and various insilico solutions for the manufactured ailments of humanity, I realize I'm living in a sci-fi comic book.
Emphasis on "fiction".
Truth no longer exists in the simulated reality, (that says it all). Listen to the language; "we hope to;" "it's possible..." "reportedly" "if true..."
There are too many ifs, buts, & maybes in the language for your humble vagabond and waste any hormones worrying about the ramifications of theoretical breakthroughs that will never get out of the computer.
Humans aren't as smart as the believe themselves to be. We're blind, deaf and dumb to a massive majority of Universe and its working.
If you want to stop dis-ease stop poisoning the vessel.
Anyway... A rant worthy of more breath. However, those who know already know. Those who don't are doomed. (Just kidding.)

Happy Day, you Mother (shut yo' mouth.) It still makes me laugh, especially after growing up with the censored for radio version and later hearing the album version. That was a lesson. I didn't know they did that.
We've reached one of our walking goals. A whole different vibe and different commentary too.
Ever notice how some people can get away with not feeling "comfortable" and others can't. It's a very subtle difference that emerged in the simulation. It's theoretical, and I haven't witnessed the imagined scenario. What are your thoughts?

Truth Reality Simulation

For some reason today seems like a good day to get into truth, the simulation, frequency, vibrations and freedom from the weight of the material only existence.
If you find what I'm going on about difficult to comprehend, it's even more of a challenge for your humble vagabond to illuminate.
Sound and language are parts of the material senses and are attached to images and concepts. I can take a random group of letters "fbitroplfx" and the first thing you do it try to convert it into a sound. Then you want to know what that sound means. You want a demonstration to go along with the sound.
This is similar to me noxplaning my version of consciousness, freqs & vibes. So bear with a brotha.
We'll spend the rest of the month sharing our 7 truths as part of Noxsoma Life Camp. If they work for you adopt them as your own. Repeat them to yourself like you're learning a new language and feel what happens.

Muscle Confusion
It's been suggested that Muscle Confusion is/was just a gimmick to sell the 12 volume P90X fitness program. I didn't buy the program but I put the theory to the test. It works for me. But everything works. Progressive resistance, calisthenics, yoga. We're using the muscle confusion technique this season with four main exercises. We use a different pattern every session. One session is about heavy lifting and low reps, another is the opposite and yet another is a combination of both, and our fourth is steady moderate weight and steady counts. And we haven't even gotten to negatives yet, or pyramids.

CREATURE COMFORT GOALS

If you remember back to when the THEY started destroying Europe, Italy was named one of the PIIGS. These were countries that were failing economically behind the European Union scam. (Incidentally, Portugal, Ireland, Greece & Spain, were the other PIGS.)
We rode trains from Normandy France, to Rome. It was three trains over about 24 hours. Maybe more.
The train from Paris to Milan was an overnight journey. There were six of us in a berth. It was tight. And smelly. I may have contributed to that environment, but I was too busy being bombarded by Europe body odor to notice my own.
The seats were converted into bunks for sleeping. Like you'd see on submarines. Mine was in the middle. I don't remember whether I slept well or not.
Before bedtime the conductor came around and collected everyone's passports. She said that the authorities would come in the night to check the documents. It sounded ominous.
Passports were returned the next morning.
Italy has been on a downward spiral even before it was flooded with immigrants. Train travel is a clue.
Then we arrived in Rome. The taxi driver opined that "Rome was the most beautiful city in the world." I allowed him his fantasy.
We hit the gym today too. Thoughts on world travel and fitness in a single episode. Where else can you get this variety?

We hit the same moves in the same order, but different tempos, priorities and sets. This muscle confusion technique seems to be yielding gains in strength and stamina. We dig it.
Hand strength much correspond with grip strength. We spend time between sets building forearms, flexing the wrists to lengthen the forearm muscles. Lengthening is something we neglected in the past. More room for more growth and more strength. That's the vision.

Awakening Cult Activity

Post world war two was a boom era for the United States. The Vietnam years was a crisis era. Maybe not "officially" but ask any boomer who was of age from 1967 to circa 1981. After Watergate & Vietnam America experienced an "awakening" and there were plenty of charlatans around to take advantage of that. In additional to cults, Christian evangelicals emerged and so did their TV Ministries. Americans were crushed by the post-Summer of Love years and were looking for answers. Ronald Racist Reagan was perceived as a savior for the majority.
The history is there for the objective researcher. Right ish wing podcasters still revere Reagan who blew a chance for peace with the Soviet Union and dealt dirty deals with enemies of the USA.
A similar vibe is hitting the world today, particularly the region formerly known as the "First World." Western culture is scared to death behind the plandemic, fatal jabs, white genocide and a flood of immigrants moving into their "indigenous" communities.
And so on.
Crises lead to awakenings. But most people don't wake up, they run for cover. They run to smiling faces and magicians who promise a higher level of understanding which is interpreted as a higher standard of living. It always comes down to material gain, for the charlatans.
We recognize the pattern and we're sharing our observations. It's not really a warning; we don't freak out like that.
That's the opening monologue. We gym. We flash back. We juice fast and we Soldier Walk.
I know it's long.

It's the usual flow with a 5x5 protocol today. We're filling in what we missed yesterday. If course we did more. That's how Saturdays flow sometimes.
The big moves are for core and grip strength. We must take better care of our hands. Especially the palms. That seems too basic to consider. But I tell you what, I don't want that bar coming loose from my vice like grip.

No one reads these, but we'll add it anyway. Season 6 was amazing. We did a lot of unorthodox protocols from our past, most notably the Special Forces countdown workout, which led to 10x10s. We gained mind-blowing stamina & endurance. I literally couldn't stop marveling about it. We extended our weekly walks from 4 to 8 miles. We continued running and have completed a few 3 mile runs. More burpees, barwalks, dips, pullups and handstands outside. More bulking expected in Season 7.

Sometimes I'm scrolling through channels and getting triggered. Well, almost. I won't give the demons the satisfaction. Perception from this simulation is "everything is fake until proven true." Demons say, "that might be too late." Ego responds, "we've taken precautions."
"Such as?" asked Demons.
We remain silent.
We've been whittling away at the lies for over a quarter century. Peeling the proverbial onion. What ever can be peeled away is a lie. What remains is truth, until it is proved to be a lie.
Truth is abstract. Numbers are abstract. Numbers (math) is truth, but only in real numbers. Infinity is truth.
Today we have a perfect episode. Time & content. Knock wood. Usually when time, content and a few abstracts align, I learn I've made a faux pas and must reconfigure at the last minute.

May the 4th...

Now that I think of it, this could be a weekend of celebration. Star Wars day, followed by Cinqo de Mayo. There's got to be a way of linking these two. Consider it.
Today, as we will be changing things up, we have a full episode of H2020. There are lots of folks out there telling us that they told us what was coming, and they were right on target. But I think that the perpetrators of this multi-layered scam/robbery were so confident of impunity that it didn't matter who or how many whistle blowers warned the herd.
I prepared for the worse, (bio-weapon) scenario. You know the rest.
We're making good gains in the gym with our current program. The "trick" will be getting past the inevitable plateau. How long will it take to plateau? And how long will we pause there? I think we've got a few weeks to go. Let's guess, 5. We'll plateau second week in June.

Wellness Wednesday Workout
Same Same But Different. Remember those T-shirts? That's today's workout strategy. If you're just joining us. We're uncharacteristically steady in our first four exercises, but we perform them differently every session.
We've come to the realization that we're NOT getting stronger. We're just returning to the strength we had 20 years ago. We're okay, but not even to half of where that kid was in the early part of the century.
We have our goals and our aims. We won't quit.

Here's the work:
All we're doing as far as lifting goes is deadlifts, weighted pullups and reverse grip bench press. That's how we start. The rest is core, agility, hangs, balance and some light weight work in awkward positions. Read all about it.

Mission to South Beach

SoBe is an hour commute on the best of days. This was the best of days. Someone invited your humble vagabond to meet for a professional appointment. He didn't show up. Ego was annoyed. Spirit has another plan. We tried to figure out what Uni was up to, laying out a quasi-perfect scenario and then removing a key component. It's not a commute we want to make on the regular. It was nonetheless a worthy experience. That's Friday for ya.
We don't panic. We don't give in to low vibrations, although we are tested from time to time, it's less frequently than before.
We suffer because we desire. Temper our desires.

Our exercises are still the same. That's another part of the discipline. We have 4 main exercises that we perform differently every visit. We expect to return to superior strength in lifting. We're aiming for numbers we managed, literally 20 years ago, our strongest year. It's a long shot. 250 lb bench press on a bad day might be beyond our capacity. "Might be." We won't know. We haven't reached body weight parity yet. If we can defeat boredom we can maybe do these same exercises until the end of summer. Then evaluate. Would love to find a place to do angled leg presses and hack squats, but, you know.

Here's the work:
All we're doing as far as lifting goes is deadlifts, weighted pullups and reverse grip bench press. That's how we start. The rest is core, agility, hangs, balance and some light weight work in awkward positions. Read all about it.

No one reads these, but we'll add it anyway. Season 6 was amazing. We did a lot of unorthodox protocols from our past, most notably the Special Forces countdown workout, which led to 10x10s. We gained mind-blowing stamina & endurance. I literally couldn't stop marveling about it. We extended our weekly walks from 4 to 8 miles. We continued running and have completed a few 3 mile runs. More burpees, barwalks, dips, pullups and handstands outside. More bulking expected in Season 7.

For 150 years the sophisticated sheeple of earth have believed in ghosts. No one has ever proven that ghosts exist, although some have claimed to have seen them, and those eyewitness testimonies convinced investors that ghosts were real and a real threat to humanity.
A century passed and eventually a global ghost busting organization was established. A few years ago the world was subjected to the haunting hoax. Governments strongly suggested that sheeple corral in place so they will be safe from deadly haunting, you know being scared to death.
Some skeptics brought up the conspiracy theory that there were no such things as ghosts. These nut jobs were censored, ridiculed and dismissed from their gigs. But the movement grew and more and more people stopped believing in ghosts.
Meanwhile the Global Ghost Busting Organization was angling to become the sole international authority on ghosts. The Boss Buster would be endowed with the power to unilaterally declare that a region was haunted and dictate the solution to the haunting over and above the authority of the regional government.
Besides being super power Tuesday and H2020, that's where we're at.

There's usually more excitement about getting back to the gym. The workout is fine. Several pieces of equipment are unusable. Others are broken but can still be used. Then there are the beta bros that take up space, screech, but don't really train.
Today it was about duty. It's my duty to make this vessel stronger, more powerful and indestructible, (or a least very difficult to destroy.)
I'm glad we did. I'm always glad we did.
