There are some cases so bizarre that I have a few different ideas for them. Plus I found new information after posting the other one.

Termotto, 35, “went into cardiac arrest on the table,” Arahovitis said, before adding: “They thought it was just from a blood clot in her lungs.”

It was actually much worse. Physicians soon discovered Termotto had a rare and often fatal amniotic fluid embolism, in which amniotic fluid enters the bloodstream.

“The doctors fought so, so hard. She fought so, so hard. But ultimately, her body just couldn't fight anymore,” Arahovitis said.

Rabbi Jenn Weinstein’s wife and beloved mother Andrea Termotto of Huntington, New York, has tragically passed away. She died while giving birth on Saturday, June 1st, 2024. The news of her passing has sent shockwaves around the community. She was confirmed dead through a Facebook post made by Congregation Simchat HaLev that said, “With deep sadness, I share horrible news. I know for a fact the reporters assigned to the death stories are going through the same social media posts as us. They see the jab braggers. The vaccine pumping. Then the pop!

I usually don't post unanswered, questionable stories like this one, but the more I looked at this the more curious I became. The wife will not divulge any details of this "accident." Did he have a stroke and fall onto a glass coffee table?
Did he have a blood clot and fall off a balcony?
She wants you to donate to HER. I figured I'd ask the GoFundMe organizer this question. After all, if I'm donating good money I at least wanna know what kind of accident this was. By the way .... there were no accidents reported in the area's news outlets. Hmmm.

Per the CDC the VAERS system represents just a fraction of the overall death and injury events. You should multiply the result by 10 for a more accurate severe event, and by nearly 100 for all events including minor events.
