Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs has failed to justify the utilization of monies spent on the implementation of 29 activities where it recorded under performance in the Auditor General report for the year 2022/2023.
The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Central observes that money allocated for the implementation of the mentioned activities was spent with no justification of implementation.
