I always attempt to read outside, regardless of the weather. Obviously, I do more when it's warmer.
Grounding helps us collect electrons from the earth. The Hall effect says whatever has more energy will give to that that does not have as much energy. We can never have more energy from Earth. It is our true Mother. Mother Nature.
The sun makes a lot of things. A lot of people just thing that it is only Vitamin D. Not true. Vitamin D is just one of about 600 things--- dopamine is one thing that is vastly important so you can question everything, be curious about certain things. Never stop learning.
Get outside, get as naked as you can. Our Opsins need to see and feel the sun.
