In this video, a woman explains how it is illegal for an employer to fire or suspend an employee without pay for failing to disclose their private medical information or for choosing to opt out of taking an experimental SARS-Cov2 shot. However, you must keep going into work (or logging on to work if you are working remotely) since if you just don't show up three days of consecutive work that is grounds for termination under the (Canadian) Employment Standards Act. The (Canadian) Employment Standards Act does not allow the employer to suspend an employee without pay under normal circumstances without the consent of the employee. There was possibly a state of emergency exception but the state of emergency was revoked earlier this year so that no longer applies.
