📕 Cucumber and Crab-stick Rice Rolls (Yield: 8 Pieces)

Main Ingredients:
* 1 Cup Cooked Short Grain Rice
* 1 Cup Crab Sticks
* 8 Strips Cucumber (8 Inch Long)

Seasoning for Rice Ingredients:
* ½ Tbsp Vinegar
* 1 tsp Sugar
* ⅛ tsp Salt

Seasoning for Crab-stick Ingredients:
* ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
* ¼ Cup Onion, Minced
* 1 tsp Yellow Mustard or Sriracha Sauce
