Rey Hernandez is back with us for a third time. His organization provides scientific research which is so important to provide evidence for the philosophical basis of our Meetup group. Rey is the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI. Rey talked about new publications coming in the Greater Reality book series. Volumes 3 and 4 are chapters written by major Experiencers of the Contact Modalities. Each Volume is 800 pages each. Vol 3 will be published on June 1st and Vol 4 later this fall, 2024.

CCRI is an academic research institute comprised of more than 25 Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers whose mission is to explore a new paradigm that seeks to integrate the findings of consciousness research and the phenomenology of extraordinary experiences with the Contact Modalities, a term that Rey coined in 2013. Rey and his academics argue that all of the Contact Modalities, all the different ways that humans are piercing the veil of our reality and communicating with Conscious Intelligence (via NDEs, OBEs/Astral Travel, UFOs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Journeys, etc.) might be interrelated and might be one "phenomenon", involving a manipulation of space-time, and by definition, might be interdimensional in nature. Why? Because all of the CCRI academics hypothesize that “Consciousness is Primary”.

Rey graduated with honors from Rutgers College, was a Master’s Candidate at Cornell University, and was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley where he was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. He previously was a Professor for six years at the New School for Social Research and at the City University of New York.

In 2018 Rey, and a team of retired academic professors, first published an 820-page book titled “Beyond UFOs: the Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non-Human Intelligence”, which was the world’s first and only comprehensive worldwide academic statistical research study of UFO Contact Experiencers. Rey has also published in several peer-reviewed academic journals including the Journal of Consciousness Studies and the Journal of the Society for Scientific Exploration. Rey’s three thousand page, 4-volume books include a full feature science documentary titled “A GREATER REALITY: The New Paradigm of Nonlocal Consciousness, the Paranormal and the Contact Modalities”. Volumes 1 and 2 of “A Greater Reality” and his new book, “The Mind of GOD: A Spiritual-Virtual Reality Model of Consciousness & the Contact Modalities” are available on Amazon.

The flat earth was invented in March 2015 by Eric Dubay, an American living in Thailand. After being a sphere for 4.5 billion years, Eric Dubay flattened the world. One of his fans tried to get him to debate me but Eric Dubay refused to face me. The flat earth is a phenomenon largely created by YouTube. People who believed this nonsense lost their friends so they met other flat earthers online. YouTube sends you videos bases upon what you like so flat earthers grew like a vicious circle. Intelligent people can be fooled so please have compassion for flat earthers and try to bring them back to reality with the evidence I present in this video.

Flat Earth is an old, scientifically incorrect concept that the Earth is flat or disk-shaped. Many ancient cultures subscribed to flat-Earth cosmology. The idea of ​​a spherical Earth arose in ancient Greek philosophy (6th century BC) alongside Pythagoras. However, most of the pre-Socratic period (6th-5th century BC) preserved the horizon model. In the early 4th century BC, Plato wrote about the spherical Earth. By around 330 BC, his former student, Aristotle provided strong empirical evidence that the Earth was spherical. Knowledge of the shape of the Earth gradually began to spread beyond the Hellenistic world. In the early days of the Christian Church, the spherical view was widely held, with a few notable exceptions. Medieval Europeans generally believed that the earth was flat, which is a historical superstition. This myth was created by Protestants in the 17th century to refute Catholic teaching. Despite the scientific facts and the apparent implication that the Earth is spherical, the pseudoscientific flat-Earth conspiracy theory is supported by the contemporary Flat-Earth society and independent individuals using social media are doing more and more, like that jerk Eric Dubay who refused to debate me. He's still terrified to face Brian Ruhe.

I have dear friends and volunteers who are flat earthers. Intelligent people can be misled because there are so many conspiracies, some people are not going to take the time to study all the proof that the world is not flat. It is actually an oblate spheroid because the earth is a tiny bit fatter at the equator. Shapes of this type are called ellipsoids. It is a shame that many sincere, kind hearted people have been fooled into becoming flat earthers because of the deceptive videos and websites put out for the purpose of deceiving them. Please be kinder to them.

As you can see from the myriad comments below, many flat earthers are not kind "to us". They need help. We don't. Treat flat earthers the way a psychiatric nurse would treat a crazy person. You care but proceed with caution, knowing some get triggered to react very negatively. The flat earth psyop is laced with irresistible deliciousness and easily hooks conspiracy junkies. Please help flatoholics. They need your compassion and your common sense. Don't give up on your brothers and sisters.

I thank the comment from "brother" below for these words: There is an insidious conspiracy at work throughout the entire Internet which seeks to destroy Truth Movements everywhere. One of its organs of mischief is known as the Flat Earth Society (FES) and its explicit purpose is to take down every single truth-oriented website, blog and/or organization which permits an open comment section at the bottom of their posts and articles.

Here’s how they work:
Agents of the FES often begin by posting rather benign yet factual comments about NASA, which everyone now knows is a rogue agency which can rarely be trusted to tell the truth about particular scientific endeavors and galactic missions. That’s a no-brainer that everyone agrees with—NASA holds onto most of the truth and parcels out only the absolute minimum to the taxpayers who fund their space missions and other assorted projects.

The Flat Earthers then take advantage of this universal hatred of NASA for their spewing so much deception over so many years, and they use it to subtly garner support for their nonsensical Flat Earth Theory (FET). When the time is right, the Flat Earthers will then start introducing utterly absurd notions about the Solar System and patently false concepts about the Earth’s relationship to the Sun.

They justify their preposterous sophistry and wacky ideas by routinely outing NASA as a serially prevaricating government agency, which they are — and then using their well-known deception as a justification to overturn the entire paradigm of modern astrophysics. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water. There is no astronomical scientific truth that the Flat Earthers have left unassailed. You name it — gravity, a spherical Earth and other planetary orbs, rotational movement of the planets. — they throw it all out and label it as “NASA lies”.

Once they do that in a very public Internet forum or chat room, website or blog comment section, they begin to stir up a LOT of trouble. They pre-position sock-puppets in the same forums, blogs, etc., who will, with apparent spontaneity, support their silly and stupid comments about the Flat Earth Theory (FET). The longer the comment thread, the more opportunity to draw in the unsuspecting into their outlandish web of deceit and deception.

They do this by presenting some entirely new and quite valid hypotheses which do introduce such concepts that are related to the Electric Universe; or that propose that the Solar System is also moving though space in a manner which defies the conventional scientific wisdom.

By so aggressively assaulting the conventional wisdom which is accepted by the vast majority of people on the planet, they then tar the reputation of the truth movement groups whose websites they have deliberately polluted with their obvious foolishness.

I discovered an ancient motive for the flat earth conspiracy. It is Exposed by Robert H. Williams. My wise friend, the late Mikhail Kushanato, told me part of this info in 2015 so I made my first anti-flat earth video on Dec. 31, 2015. Here, Robert H. Williams points out the motive. Once they realized the world was a sphere, maybe 6th century BC, they used that knowledge to better navigate. For trading, they wanted to outsmart their competitors by refuting what they knew was true, so that others couldn't navigate the seas as skillfully. Very sneaky and misleading.
