One of my favorite & very under-rated 80s T&A sex-comedies.
(Note: There was no Surf pt.1 or any trilogy - it's just a silly title gag)
I remember seeing this on Cable TV as a kid in the mid-80s and loved it, took me years to find it later on VHS and I don't think it ever got a DVD release.
But got a special extended 'director's cut' BluRay release a few years back.

Plot:
As revenge for getting bullied in high school, a disgruntled evil-scientist nerd Eddie Deezen creates a chemically altered soda-pop in his under-sea laboratory called 'Buzz Cola' that turns 'cool' surfers into punk rock zombies.
A lot of familiar character actors in this one.
And a great soundtrack featuring:

*Because the movie tanked at the box office, plans for the official soundtrack were scrapped and was never released.
