Australian Kerry Packer was well onto the Law and Tax scams of AusGovCo

Kerry Packer was well-known for his generosity and funded many NSW Hospital wards with new equipment; he bypassed the ATO and gave directly to the institutions he deemed as needing financial help;
cue the Tax Man.....ATO went after Kerry with all that it had; He was embarrassing GovCo; ATO even made 'laws' on-the-run as it pursued him for 'tax evasion' when no such 'crime' can factually be found;
he is famously quoted as saying; "i don't volunteer my money to the tax department because i can afford better lawyers than you";
emphasis should be placed on the word 'volunteer' as it is this that the ATO relies on every time you submit paper-work to IT.
