Neste Combinações do Alberto, carreguei os mods Day of the Toys add-on (Mike MacDee), Hell from Earth (NomakhThunder), Fullscreen Statusbar Mod (NightFright), Universal Weapon Sway (Boondorl), Manhunt Ambient/Idle Music for Doom (XLightningStormL), Nash's Gore Mod (Nash Muhandes), Cidade do Baralho (ObAddon & Obsidian), Universal Rain and Snow (Boondorl) e o MixTP.pk3 do 2 Mashup Texture Packs (thugsta).

A nossa série Combinações do Alberto é onde testo e gravo jogatinas com misturas interessantes de mods para Doom propostas pelo nosso apoiador Alberto Balieiro, sem necessariamente conhecê-los de antemão nem preocupando em descrevê-los.

Usei o GZDoom 4.10.0 e o IWAD do Doom II: Hell on Earth v1.9 para rodar esta partida, a qual estava no nível "Garage Sale Fodder" de dificuldade.
