Fraud vitiates any contract whether implied or authored;
there is no animal named Australian Parliament contained with the Constitution of the Australian Commonwealth;
'Australia' is a construct of the LEGAL; it is not a land mass;
we are The Commonwealth Of Australia; always have been; always will be regardless of what the criminals in Australian Parliament say;
'Australian Parliament' is a Foreign Entity...an alien to our shores if you like; it operates in Merchant/Admiralty 'law' as it is to all intent, a VESSEL ( lost at sea/holy see);
the Peoples (whereas the people) Parliament is; The Parliament of the Commonwealth or The Parliament, not some foreign registered corporation called Australian Parliament.
