This is another way to possibly buy some off-grid land for boondocking, and use other people's money to pay for the land, property taxes, and/or pay for the improvements to the land while you live on it. Live on the land yourself, and rent out several camping spots to others for extra income. Once you are set-up, and the land is paid off, you can fence it off, close shop on the camping business, and enjoy your private oasis in the countryside. If you can drill a well or capture rain water, even desert land will work out.
