Third revision to my target seeking tank AI. At this point the tank can now locate and fire at a target to end the session, but it can also still end the session by driving into the target. This was done to encourage the tank to seek out the target but it may no longer be necessary. Next steps are some bug fixes concerning map generation and fixing an issue where the target sometimes drops off the map. AI improvements are going to be focused around improving aiming and removing the need to end the session when driving into the target.
