(2000) A stuck-in-there-somewhere nugget of Silver Age Lemurics....Shannon delivers and barn-burner rant directed at recent-ish detractors---The Little Juggalo Brigade, the infamous Reba McIntyre routine, a visit from a Jesus Christ handpuppet, the vibrating pig, humor and euphemisms wrapped around the Phil Collins song, etc. This episode received some hate mail, most notably from people suggesting we lay off the drugs until AFTER we were done producing the show (FUN FACT: Other than Panda with that whiskey we were pretty sober during the making of this!) Omitted from the original VHS cut are "montage" bits an old friend had sent me from a Mexican tabloid that showed pictorials of suicide by hanging. I was of the belief, at the time, that these photos were probably staged....later on I decided, especially with the notion that these tabloids might be getting financed by Cartels or something, that it could be real and I didn't feel good about showing and spreading such material.
Anyway, THAT shit's all gone----so fire up a pipe full of your favorite Susudio and don't worry 'bout a goddamn thing!
