Silly-ass puppet show at home, teasing Brodie with one of his favorite toys

(2024) A quickie addition to the TAOTL Retirement Run---the basis of this show was an interview with Hair Metal/Intergender Wrestling Sensations One Night Stand. This is politically incorrect even by my standards, so enjoy, if you're able. Much of it is improv'ed (in other words, it's a shoot, not a work!)---we worked out the ending where the camera focuses in on Johnny Cock's package----I ask if it's real and I get beaten down for my troubles----just to give the whole thing a framework. My favorite part is at the end where Johnny cracks, "you know the funniest part of all this is that everyone in this room is over THIRTY!" LOVE AND LIGHT!!!!

Recent Poem dealing with both trauma survival and dying of Alzheimer's.

Reading an old poem from the early '90s....pretty sure it got published SOMEWHERE.

Scurry

Lil' tribute to Groucho

Arch censorship knob Joseph Lieberman just kicked the bucket and I'm here to send him off in style!

(2024) First Salvo of "The Abbey of the Lemur" retirement Run. EMBRACE THE CURSE!!!!!

A late night discussion of the Lemuric Zoological Hierarchy. When is it a Vutcow, a Pequop or a Weather Balloon? Listen to this crash course and find out!

Old joke. Enjoy.

Back in the 90s I wrote four poems, all of which were titled "What I Remember". I'm not gonna say they were necessarily "variations", but they all had some variables

Reading one of the Five Minute Stories

Reading poetry..."Gom", "When I Veer recklessly off the Road...' and portions of "The Gentrification Cycle". The reading of "Gom" was taken off an iffy revision----sorry it sucks----might redo it later.

Telling some old jokes

The first seven minutes of TAOTL's next episide, "Rednu God". This cut is exclusive to Bitchute!

Funny story---apologies to Dan Hickey

A lil' update on recent activities related to "The Abbey of the Lemur" and writing related stuff.

Reading a lil' nugget from back in the day....this was published....SOMEWHERE....in the early/mid 90s----I'm pretty sure.

Final part of our infamous 2003 live show

In the third part of our live gig, we come roaring back from our pee break with another pointed (but less inflammatory) performance piece, The Parade of Virtues, once more taking swipes at both the left and the right. From there, it's back to the phones. Short on material, a script or anything else, we decided to just go to the phones and let the audience dictate the show. Do the math: SNL just ended and everyone channel surfing at this time of night is half-baked to begin with....how do YOU think that went????

Getting down to business after a performance art bit that would later prove to be very controversial, we go to the phones and the usual silliness ensues. A million things went sideways in this show---we had cast no-shows and other upsets...the big surprise was Dead Guy, who came in unannounced and very drunk, and he really kind of took over and was an element of chaos the whole show. Toward the end you get the prerecorded intermission, which was our cue to take a pee break and nosh on some pizza....

(2003) Possibly our most controversial show....this live performance garnered us a bogus, trumped-up obscenity complete, wherein we were solidly vindicated...this was the last noteworthy attempt to shut down TAOTL. Other VDA shows were attacked shortly thereafter, but people began to realize the VDA Mafia actually knew what they were doing and left us the hell alone. This was a weird show for us in many ways, but in part one we got things going with a bit of firey anti-censorship discussion, followed by the provocative bit of performance art that got everyone so upset in the first place. Have Fun!

Lemuric Rantage from the early oughts

Final new material for the year---very rough "only a test" type stuff but enjoy. A few bugs in the video but pretty pleased with the audio torture

(2005) from "The Abbey of the Lemur"'s 2005 episode, "One Sexy Grenade"---Vercingetorix Jones channels....something?
