Canton OH - Newly released body camera footage shows the arrest of an Ohio man who died during a confrontation with police, which an attorney representing his family said resembled the 2020 murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Frank Tyson, 53, died during an encounter with police after he crashed his car and entered a nearby private club. Both Tyson and Floyd said, "I can't breathe," before their deaths.
“The death of George Floyd traumatized and galvanized the American people – it led to a decisive call for change and an end to systemic police violence against Black men," Bobby DiCello, an attorney for the Tyson family said. "It’s an unimaginable tragedy, that only four years later history repeats itself. Why tackle him? Why kneel on him? How could you know he lost consciousness and then do nothing? These questions demand answers. And so, we will get those answers for Frank and the whole Tyson family in this time of pain, grief, and disbelief," DiCello said.
Authorities said Tyson crashed his car, then entered a private club and was acting erratically. Two police officers tried to remove Tyson from the club and took him to the floor during an ensuing scuffle. Tyson, who told people at the club that someone was trying to kill him before officers arrived, yelled, "They're trying to kill me," as officers fought with him.
Police body camera footage released by the city shows Tyson face down on the floor with his arms handcuffed behind his back for nearly eight minutes before an officer realized he couldn't feel a pulse. Officers took the handcuffs off and applied chest compressions for several minutes. Tyson was subsequently treated by Canton Fire Department paramedics, who took him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Canton police have turned the investigation of Tyson's death over to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Officers Beau Schoenegge and Camden Burch have been placed on administrative leave.

A Pennsylvania Uber driver pleaded for her life before a passenger shot her dead. The “senseless” killing occurred after Christina Spicuzza, 38, picked up a negro passenger. Her body was found two days later in a wooded area, face down wearing a Covid mask, with a bullet wound to the head; she’d been reported missing after failing to return home.
Chilling dashboard camera footage shows the mother pleading with her negro passenger, who produced a gun, and telling the 22-year-old suspect that she had four children, according to a criminal complaint. Calvin Crew, 22, of Penn Hills, has been charged with homicide, robbery and tampering with evidence.
According to the complaint, Mr Crew had his girlfriend, Tanaya Mullen, order the Uber for him.
Just under 20 minutes later, in dashcam footage, he “produces a firearm from his right side and leans forward toward Spicuzza,” the complaint reads. “Crew places his left hand on Spicuzza’s left shoulder. Crew states ‘Keep driving’. Crew then places the firearm at the back of Spicuzza’s head. Spicuzza reaches up with her right hand and touches the gun. Spicuzza then says ‘You’ve got to be joking.’ Mr Crew then states “It’s a gun.” “Come on, I have a family,” Ms Spicuzza says, according to the complaint – but Mr Crew responds: “I got a family too, now drive.” He repeatedly told her to “complete the trip”, the complaint says, and, “using his left hand, grabbed Ms Spicuzza’s ponytail and controlled her head. She pleaded: “I’m begging you, I have four kids.”
Mr Crew continued to hold the gun to the back of the driver’s neck, despite her protestations. He reached forward with his other hand and grabbed Ms Spicuzza’s phone off of the dashboard. “Do what I say and everything will be alright,” he said, before grabbing the dash camera before the video ends, the complaint reads – adding that money transfer apps were accessed on the woman’s phone following what is presumed to be her time of death.
According to Mr Crew’s girlfriend, he had previously asked to borrow Ms Mullen’s weapon, a 9mm – and when both she and police searched her home, the gun and affiliated paperwork were missing.
Ms Spicuzza, who grew up in Monroeville, “was first and foremost a loving mother,” her obituary reads. Visitation was being held this weekend and her funeral will take place on Monday.
“She also enjoyed art, crafting and her Bible study,” the obituary continues. “Anyone who knew Christi knew her smile could light up every room she was in. No matter what was going on in her life, Christi was always smiling, always positive and always loving.
“Christi is survived by her parents, Joseph and Cindy Spicuzza; her fiancé, Brandon Marto; her children Andrea, Drew, Scotty and Tori; her brothers Joseph II, Raphael and Michael; her sister Chantelle, her nieces and nephew and many extended family.”
Her family does not yet wish to speak about the murder as criminal proceedings continue, a funeral home spokesman said.

Police Report:

On October 17th, 2021, Officer was dispatched to [Address] in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I witnessed two individuals through the kitchen window one white male and one white female. As I attempted to make contact I was met outside the front door by the female identified as Liana Beam. Ms. Beam stepped outside and closed the door behind her. I identified myself as ACCPD and asked Ms. Beam to tell me what was going on inside the residence. Ms. Beam stated that everything was fine and nothing was going on. While standing in front of the door speaking to Ms. Beam I saw blood on her and a large amount blood on the floor behind the front door. I also saw two broken window panels on the from door.

I asked Ms. Beam about the broken glass and the blood and she stated that we didn't have to do this and everything was fine. I informed Ms. Beam that we are obligated to investigate any domestic violence claim and would be doing so at this time. I instructed Ms. Beam to go and speak to other officer on scene and have the male come outside so we could investigate the domestic violence claim. Ms. Beam did not follow my initial commands and leaned against the from door. At this time Ms. Beam was escorted near the driveway to attempt to speak to her about what happened.

The male identified as David Priest came to the door with his cell phone out recording as myself and another officer instructed Mr. Priest to open the door. Mr Priest had blood on his forearm and was bleeding from his hand. I instructed Mr. Priest multiple times to open the door and come out and talk to us about the incident that to open the door and come out. I informed him he will be charged with obstruction if he did not open the door he refused again I instructed him to pen the door and if he did not we would attempt to make entry into the home.

Ms. Beam's Friends took custody of the two dogs at the residence. Both Mr. Priest and Ms. Beam agreed that the two females could take the dogs since they both were being arrested and going to the county jail.

Ms. Beam was detained by Officer Williams as he was attempting to speak to her about what happened inside the residence. Ms. Beam began to pull away from Officer Williams and obstruct the domestic violence investigation. Officer Williams informed Ms. Beam at this time she was charged with obstruction. While officer Williams was attempting to escort Ms. Beam to his patrol vehicle Ms. Beam began to drop her weight and stop walking. Ms. Beam was laying on the ground refusing to get up as instructed by Officer Williams. Ms. Beam was brought to her feet as Officer Williams attempted to put her in the back of his patrol vehicle. Ms. Beam continued to obstruct Officer Williams and not follow commands to get in the back of the patrol vehicle.

Richmond VA - Police released body-worn camera video that showed an officer shooting and killing a man, later identified as 20-year-old Kenneth Sharp. The video begins with a 911 call during which someone tells dispatch they saw a man, who appeared to have a gun, banging on and lying atop a car. The caller said the man eventually got into the car.
When the first officer arrived, the video showed him approaching the car. He later told the second officer that he saw a man and a woman who appeared to be asleep inside the vehicle. After a brief conversation, the officers approach the vehicle again. The first officer is seen knocking on the passenger window.
Sharp, who was in the passenger seat, opens the door and is seen picking up and then holding an AR-style rifle. As the first officer retreats, Sharp begins to get out of the car with the gun. The first officer is heard ordering Sharp to drop his weapon, but before he finishes his command the officer fires multiple gunshots killing Sharp.
As the first officer radios in for help, the second officer tends to the woman in the driver's seat. She seems unaware of what transpired. "What happened?" she asked as police made sure she was OK.
"Once a full investigative report is complete, the report will be submitted to the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney. Following the determination from that office, RPD will conduct an internal policy review. Per department policy, the officer who fired his service weapon is on administrative leave with pay," Richmond Police Chief Rick Edwards wrote in a statement about the incident. "The goal of releasing CIB videos is to increase transparency and trust as the Richmond PD continues to work with various stakeholders to provide a clear and unbiased account of critical incidents to the community."

Whitehall OH - Police shot and killed a passenger in an SUV after responding to reports of gunshots in a department store parking lot. Police identified the man who died as Santiago Elias Alfaro Munoz. Authorities say Diaz was in the passenger side of the vehicle when he was shot. Police said the driver of the vehicle was 35-year-old William Morales Villatoro. Police charged him with one felony count of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Whitehall Police Deputy Chief Dan Kelso said two unidentified police officers were conducting an unrelated traffic stop when they heard gunshots. Kelso said when the officers approached a dark-colored SUV, the driver left the scene, while a second vehicle, a silver Honda Pilot, remained at the scene.
Body camera footage showed the two officers communicated with two men in Spanish. The officers asked Villatoro and Diaz if they had pistols or drugs in the car. The two men ate McDonalds chicken nuggets and french fries as they talked to the officers in the two-minute video.
An officer asked Villatoro if he spoke English and Villatoro responded "No, no ingles." One officer radioed into dispatch that the men had a gun. Both officers told the men to get out of the vehicle and put their hands up both in Spanish and English. Villatoro, the driver, got out of the car and displayed his hands to the officer. Villatoro was placed in handcuffs.
The man on the passenger side, now identified as Munoz, didn't get out of the car or put his hands up and was holding a box of chicken nuggets. When the officer tried to open Munoz's door, Munoz appeared to turn to the side, away from the door. According to Kelso, Munoz reached for a gun. The two officers fired their weapons at him. Munoz died from his injuries.
The police department said they found multiple guns inside the vehicle. None were visible in the video. Court documents for Villatoro's arrest state officers found a 9mm Taurus G3 handgun in between the front seat and the center console of the vehicle. "This was a dangerous but tragic situation,” Whitehall Police Chief Mike Crispen said. “Our officers are trained to respond to threats of violence, especially when guns are involved. Our prayers are with the families of both the deceased and our officers.”
A Flock gunshot detection system verified that multiple shots were fired in the area before officers arrived. The department is not releasing the identities of the officers involved in the shooting, citing Marsy's Law. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is investigating the shooting, which is standard procedure.

Lyrics:
I crashed in the jungle while tryin' to keep a date
With my little girl who was back in the States
I was stranded in the jungle afraid and alone
Tryin' to figure a way to get a message back home
But how was I to know there was a record jump my plane
Had been picked up and spotted my girl in lover's lane?

And meanwhile, back in the States

Baby, baby, let's make romance
You know your old time lover hasn't got a chance
He's stranded in the jungle flat as he can be
So come on pretty baby just you and me

An' meanwhile back in the jungle
(Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh)

The boys in the jungle had me on the run
When something heavy hit me like an atomic bomb
When I woke up and my head started to clear
I had a strange feeling I was with cooking gear
I smelled something cookin' and I looked to see
That's when I found out they was a-cookin' me
Great Googa Mooga, lemme outta here

An' meanwhile back in the States

Baby, baby, let's make romance
You know your old time lover hasn't got a chance
He's stranded in the jungle flat as he can be
So come on pretty baby just you and me

An' meanwhile back in the jungle
(Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh)

I jumped outta the pot and I finally got away
Frantic and worried about what my baby would say
So I jumped in the ocean and started to swim
But my chance of survival was gettin' mighty slim
So I thumbed down a whale who was headin' my way
And I reached the States in about a half a day
And when I got to lover's lane I was almost dead
When my soul was gone and here's what I said

Baby, baby, the man is no good
Oh, baby, baby, you should've understood
You can trust me as long as you please
So come back pretty baby where you used to be
'Cause I love you
'Cause I love you
'Cause I love you

Professor Antony C Sutton proves conclusively that the United States financed the economic and military development of the Soviet Union. Without this aid, financed by US taxpayers, there would be no significant Soviet military threat, for there would be no Soviet economy to support the Soviet military machine, let alone sophisticated military equipment.

Jane Bürgermeister is an Austrian investigative journalist who, as the anticipated July 2009 release date for Baxter’s Swine flu (H1N1) pandemic vaccine was approaching, warned the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity was underway.
Earlier in 2009, she had filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials, accusing them of bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She had also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which was being legislated for in America.
These actions followed her charges filed in April 2009 against Baxter AG and AVIR Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated Bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Sickening video shows the moment a sow who "assisted" children with disabilities brutally assaulted a special needs child while he was strapped into a harness on a bus. Even worse, the suspect has already been released from jail on bond. Kiarra Jones, a bus aide with Littleton (CO) Public Schools, was caught on tape striking a nonverbal 10-year-old boy during the incident. Footage shows Jones punching and stomping the disabled boy. The footage was acquired as part of an investigation after one parent raised concerns about noticeable bruising on their child. The students on the bus were being transported to The Joshua School on a bus provided by Littleton Public Schools. Because they are nonverbal, they could not tell anyone about the beating.
The footage opens with Jones seated next to the little boy. After a few seconds, Jones elbows the child in the midsection and then smacks him in the face with her fist. Jones then concludes the assault by stomping on his feet. Jones worked as a bus aide to help children with autism and other disabilities travel between school and their homes.
Three families are now taking action against Jones, claiming they started noticing behavioral changes from their children about 6 months ago. They also noticed physical injuries including scratches, bruises, a lost tooth, broken toe, black eye, and other bruises.
Attorney Qusair Mohamedbhai, who represents at least two families whose children ride the bus, released the shocking video to the media and had strong words for school districts failing to protect special needs children.
“The abuses of special needs children continues to occur because school districts treat this community as a burden rather than a blessing,” he said. “School districts routinely fail to train and support those who work with special needs student populations.”
While a background check shows this in Jones’s first arrest, authorities are investigating more abuses potentially involving her. An Englewood police detective wrote in an affidavit that he personally witnessed child abuse on February 13 and March 1. Englewood Police in a statement Tuesday also said more than one student was assaulted.
Littleton Public Schools released a statement to families of the school children on Tuesday afternoon. They claimed Jones was fired the day following the incident, saying "This kind of behavior cannot be and is not tolerated. As parents, you trust us with the well-being of your children and you should never have to worry about them being harmed when they are in our care." The school district also said Jones did not have much access to students during her time of employment.
Jones was arrested after surveillance footage showed her hitting a student in the abdomen and mouth.

Allen TX - A mother who was arrested after a SWAT standoff, was wanted for allegedly abusing her children. Lul Top, 36, was arrested at home. Top barricaded herself inside the attic of the home while law enforcement tried to serve a warrant. She was arrested after two hours. An arrest affidavit details the charges against her.
Allen police were called to Top’s home after she allegedly beat her husband with a stick in front of her six children. Child Protective Services removed the children from the home following the incident. A 3-year-old child told interviewers that Top had tried to put her inside an oven that the child said was hot. A 10-year-old child told the investigator he had to physically fight his mother to get the 3-year-old away from the heated oven and took the child upstairs to hide her. A 4-year-old child said they saw the incident. The 6, 9 and 10-year-old told investigators Top drinks a lot of alcohol and would tell the kids to find her more if she ran out.
The documents say the investigator noticed both the 3-year-old and 4-year-old had scars "resembling knife cuts" and that both children said their mother used a knife to cut them. The children said their mother would become angry and threaten to cut their hands and fingers off with a cleaver if they didn't help her find alcohol. One boy told detectives his mother once held the knife to his tongue. The boy also said that his mother made him drink alcohol, but he spit it out. The children told investigators that Top threatened to kill everyone with a cleaver and that the children would hide knives so she would not be able to threaten them.
Neighbor William Whitney says just a few days before the standoff, he had a strange encounter. He says Top and another woman knocked on his door and asked to borrow his Wi-Fi. "Always weird stuff over there. The police were always there," he said. "Seeing the kids playing out in the back by themselves, no supervision. And to know that was actually happening, it’s sad. It’s really sad." Allen Police said they have responded to 11 calls at the home since Jan. 1, including the warrant that was issued.
Neighbors say the family started renting that home about a year ago.
Allen police say knives inside the home were taken into evidence when Top was arrested. Top is charged with six counts of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She is currently in the Collin County Jail where she is being held on a $600,000 bond.

Within 48 hours of the tragic blast at the Alfred P. Murrah Building on April 19, 1995, federal officials were blanketing the news media with their theory of the crime and with the designated "patsies" already judged "guilty". According to the federal theory, to which the news media subscribed without question, the bombing was the work of American dissidents bent on a violent overthrow of the government. Congress responded by immediately enacting legislation to give the government unprecedented latitude with the invasion of individual privacy.
All evidence actually points to a well planned, sophisticated government operation put into motion months earlier, with a massive cover-up controlled by the U. S. Justice Department, and carried through and beyond the "Star Chamber" charade of trials in Denver in 1997.
This documentary is full of facts never made public by the establishment news media about the bombing. Rare video transferred from VHS. Not high definition quality, but contains a lot of information and many important interviews.

Before his involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing, Timothy McVeigh believed that a shadowy elite secretly controlled the governments of the world, conspiring to establish a genocidal New World Order. He believed that the Alfred P. Murrah building was local New World Order headquarters. But many other theorists are convinced that the world only knows part of an apparent complex conspiracy story behind the bombing. Ronson meets a number of theorists whilst investigating the story, and concludes his film in Elohim City, a survivalist compound in Oklahoma.

Akron OH - APD communications center received a call from a citizen who reported seeing 15-year-old Tavion Koonce-Williams in the area with a gun. According to the caller, the male was pointing the gun at houses. Officer Ryan Westlake located the subject matching the caller's description. The officer stopped his marked police car to investigate.
As the officer began to exit his patrol car, he quickly issued a verbal command for the male to show his hands. After observing the subject with what appeared to be a gun in his hand, the officer discharged his firearm one time, striking the male in the hand. The "gun" was found to be a replica pistol.
Immediately following the shooting, officers secured the crime scene and rendered emergency first aid, which included applying a tourniquet to the male's arm and giving him several gentle kisses on his forehead. The subject was later transported to an area hospital and underwent treatment for a non life threatening injury to his hand. The officer is a 9-year veteran of the department and is on paid administrative leave.
