Supplements I'm finding useful in dealing with the aftermath of Covid 19

I recently had Covid and that prompted a great deal of research. Many have asked me for more information, here is a basic introduction explaining that Covid does exist and what symptoms I had that distinguish it from flu. There is a real danger from the inflammatory response from the spike protein. The death rate is really irrelevant, you have to worry about auto-immune disease.
