Every inquiry, every report, every statement we have seen fails to address two things: the root cause and the fact that none of this has ended. All they have proposed is a flawed plan on how to do this even worse next time around in the form of focused protection, ensuring the untimely demise of sections of society considered surplus to requirements.
The longer we fail to get to the root cause of this ongoing chaos, the longer we deny the reality of what got us here, the longer we maintain this lie, the longer people will suffer and die.
