Pastor Doug Riggs, in a ByteShow podcast, recorded this warning that judgment is coming - not only to America, but the whole world. It's called "the day of visitation" - when there is judgment and vindication, depending on your spiritual condition - judgment for those not walking in the light - vindication for those who are.
What does it mean for the Lord to 'visit' His people? Doug goes into the explanation that starts early on in the Old Testament and culminates just prior to the day of the Lord, the 7-year Tribulation. The day of visitation is a day of judgment as well as vindication. This visitation can be individual, corporate, and national. Even though it seems all is under the power and control of the prince of the power of the air, Satan, God continues to reign as the supreme sovereign King of kings and Lord of lords. Satan has been judged, but as his sentence is under appeal, God is recording all that He needs to vindicate His judgment and put an end to Satan's rule over planet Earth. God WILL answer the cries of His people heard throughout the history of mankind, "Avenge me of my adversary!"
"God is allowing history to run its course so that when He does bring in judgment, it is final and it is over."
There is a prophetic timeline for the destiny of Satan & fallen angels, Israel and the Church, and the coming millennial reign of Christ and the eternal state that follows. Why is there a thousand year reign? It's a theodicy - the vindication of God to judge mankind for sin - their rejection of Jesus as our Messiah, Savior, Lord and King.

What does God say about a "2-State Solution"? What happens when national policy comes into conflict with the Most High God?
What does the world look like as we approach the coming of the Lord? What do the prophecies tell us to expect? How will people deal with the foretold catastrophes that will be like birth pangs piling one upon another in succession and intensity when the powers of the heavens are shaken? "What we're seeing is the fulfillment of prophecy that represents the beginning of birth pangs that are going to conclude at the return of Jesus Christ."

The Law was given to Israel; it was not given to Gentiles. It set apart Israel as a showcase nation among the nations. The nature of the law was two-fold: blessing if you obey it; curses if you don't. When we come to realize there's only one who perfectly fulfilled the law - and as described in the Letter to the Hebrews, when we cease from our own works, we enter into God's rest.
Doug shares, "There's so many people as Christians - they don't think of themselves as living under the Law - but they're striving to please God in the energy of the flesh - and they don't even know that's what it is. They just are working so hard to try to please God, and they're tired and burned out. When a person enters into God's rest, it's impossible to burn out... People reach burnout because they're not living in the good of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. And the resurrection life of Jesus Christ IS the Christian life." Doug quoted Maj. Ian W. Thomas when he said, "The Christian life is neither difficult nor easy; it's impossible. And why? Because there's only one person who can live it, and that's Jesus Christ. So the smartest thing to do is to let Him."
As for Christian works, "There's much zeal in Christian work today, but how much of it is coming out from Christ? How much of it is bearing fruit to God?"
What is the righteousness of God? "Faith alone in Christ alone." Not trying to obey the Law - something no one of us is capable of doing perfectly. "The Law is not God's standard for Christian living - not one bit."
"The Law is holy, just and good. There's nothing wrong with the Law. But the Law does not give us any power or strength or ability to be righteous. It only condemns us." - "When Christians... begin to see the dimensions and the possibilities of the Holy Spirit being the complete replacement of the Law, they will be free!"

In this third podcast, we receive at first a bit of an eclectic mix of teachings - but all related to the subject at hand, the new creation life of Christ we are to enter into. Included are some of the favorite doctrines and beliefs people seem to get really wrong that need clarification and correction. Here are my notes:
"God is focusing on the messenger so that the messenger becomes the message" - quoting from notes taken of speaker Stephen Kaung. "True service is the outflow of the life of Christ according to the measure of Christ, so that the measure of our service to God will be the measure in which Christ has actually been formed in us." "You cannot separate service from life; and that life means the life of Christ." "Service must release life in service. God must first work in us in order to manifest His life through us. Consecration must precede ministry. Consecration is the laying of ourselves upon the altar to be consumed by fire until Christ be formed in us - and then to be released through us in His life."
In the second of Stephen Kaung's messages, Doug quotes him, "The life of Christ must be progressively constituted in us." Doug then mentions the comment Stephen made that would clear away much confusion about the baptism of the Holy Spirit: "The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a one-time event; it happened at Pentecost, and it was corporate." He then quoted 1 Corinthians 12:13, identifying it as 'historic' and 'final'. Doug continues to explain that at our new birth, we are then identified with that baptism. "We are brought into the reality of that which is already a historic event... there's one baptism; many fillings."
Additional notes from Stephen Kaung: "Christ as (our) life is the real spirit of service. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of life. He cares for the life of Christ in us."
Doug adds: the Holy Spirit is "very humble; never draws attention to himself; He would never sponsor a 'Holy Spirit Service'" and references John 16:14 as proof..
Where is America in the last days? Of the nations mentioned in the prophecy of Ezekiel 38 & 39 - America is not included. There will be "four main spheres of power as it relates to the final configuration of nations that will result in the final Armageddon campaign."
Jeremiah 50:12 refers to prophetic Babylon, the last and final nation, "which nation would qualify as the last of nations? The United States... the only nation that fits eschatologically the prophetic Babylon." Doug goes on to say that he makes a distinction from Jeremiah 50 to Revelation 17 is the religious Babylon, "and that will characterize the whole revived Roman Empire." Revelation 18 refers to the political Babylon that is destroyed prior to Armageddon. "When the United States is removed ... is judged ... it will leave the four world powers that are mentioned in Daniel 11; those four world powers will then be in a position to conclude the prophetic predictions that are made with reference to the end times and the coming of Messiah to establish His kingdom."
Doug continues by referring to former President Obama: "We have never had a sitting president that has been so actively hostile to the people of Israel as Obama. We are being set up to meet the wrath of God."
As I listen to this message that Doug speaks of remnant theology - the understanding there are those who go all the way to the end in obedience and submission to God - there is judgment on one side of the sword, but blessing and special protection on the other for His remnant.
How many are praying for America? Doug's response is that of Jeremiah: "When anyone says we need to pray for America - you know what I hear God saying three times in the book of Jeremiah? 'I'm not going to listen to you!'... God is not going to save America! He will not save it!... Is He going to apologise to Sodom and Gomorrah? Well America has gone past the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah."

This is the second of a series of three messages Pastor Doug Riggs gave in explaining the difference between the law of the Spirit and the law of sin and death. Here are my notes from this scripture-packed teaching one cannot deny is the Word of God – and not one man’s opinion:
There are only two men in history - two species of humanity. The first is Adam. He was created by God from the earth, and breathed into him was the breath of life (or, literally, lives). When he disobeyed God, he died - not phyically right away, but spiritually. We all belong to this very same Adam, physically alive but spiritually dead when we are born into this life.
The second Man is the Lord from heaven, Jesus Christ in resurrection, the last Adam - the head of an entirely new creation called the one new man - the new humanity - the church - the body and bride of Christ. The only way we find ourselves as members of this new man is by spiritual birth - being born again - born from above. Our natural birth ushers us into the natural humanity in Adam, spiritually dead, without hope. Our spiritual birth ushers us into spiritual life, eternal life, the very life of God. "From Adam all the way to the present, the whole race outside of Christ is in Adam ... and, therefore, dead to God... It's not how good you are - or how sincere you are. If you're in Adam, you're dead to God; you're spiritually dead... That's why Jesus said, 'You MUST be born again.'"
So - being only two species of humanity - we're either in Adam (by our first birth) - or we're in Christ (by our second birth).
God deals with our sins by the blood of Jesus shed, but this doesn't deal with the root problem, sin. "God doesn't change the old Adam and make us better; He doesn't reform us. He puts us to death in our Representative (Jesus Christ)... He went to the cross as our sin-bearer... He took the entire adamic race in Adam into death. So in the death of Christ, Adam was co-crucified with Jesus." This is how God dealt with..

Doug refers to the lecture by D.C. Hammond, originally entitled “Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse,” but now usually known as the “Greenbaum Speech,” delivered at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), Thursday June 25, 1992, a conference he along with Russ Dizdar attended.
SRA- a secret in the church; demon possession vs. demonization; Nazi death camp experimentation by Josef Mengele’s trauma-based mind control; SRA/DID programming; royal bloodlines – royal families who perpetuate generational enslavement to Satan to participate in his agenda to bring about the new world order with his Nephilim christ as head; ‘satanic anointing’ is the human bloodshed that is the currency for music and Hollywood idols and people in government around the world to gain positions of power, prestige, and possessions.
Doug speaks of the day of visitation where God breaks in to human history to bring about the consummation of this age, and reminds us that he believed the days of the Acts period will pale in comparison with what the Lord will do in and through His church in these last days.
This is one of Pastor Doug Riggs' earliest interviews with GeorgeAnne Hughes. He begins with noting that since Pentecost and on into the eternal state, there are three distinctions of mankind: the nations (Gentiles); Israel; and the church. Each has a distinct history and a distinct destiny, and none are identical. Without this elementary understanding, one is left to wander by every wind of doctrine but that of the truth when it comes to a clear understanding of calling and eschatology.
Doug discusses the warnings we see in scripture that warn nations of judgment – and the fact America is not exempt. Throughout this message, we note man’s failure and Satan’s inability to bring the world peace, and what God’s remedy is, turning over all to the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. We see how God’s holiness and righteousness is satisfied when God once for all dealt with the sin and depravity of mankind. The justice and righteousness of God not only sends unrepentant sinners to an eternal lake of fire, but this same justice and righteousness sends repentant sinners to eternal life in heaven.
