A slam fire is when the round is fired while being chambered. So the bolt “slams” the cartridge and into battery and causes the round to go off. In many cases it is do to the firing pin being locked into the fire position because of carbon build up or some other obstruction hitting the primer.
This is the second time it has happened with this Foxtrot Mike-15 upper receiver. Bullpup chassis is the A3 Tactical TRIAD.

This video we work through how to reload with the A3 Tactical TRIAD Bullpup Chassis. In this video we paired it with the Foxtrot Mike-15 rifle.

Took the A3 Tactical TRIAD and Foxtrot Mike bullpup rifle out and paired it with the Dead Air Nomad suppressor.

The TRIAD from A3 Tactical is a chassis that fits onto your standard mil spec AR15 lower receiver. When paired with a bufferless AR15 style upper receiver like the BRN 180, Palmetto State Armory JAKL or like what we have here, the Foxtrot Mike-15 upper. It turns your typical AR15 into a bullpup!
