Firearms Policy Coalition and Second Amendment Foundation have really been putting the screws to governments across this country the past few years. The most recent example of this is a civil rights case on behalf of young adults. The state of Pennsylvania decided to violate the rights of 18 year old adult citizens throught 20 year old adult citizens in an act of wanton age discrimination by denying them a right to self defense. It rarely worked and has since been morphed into a control mechanism of the POTUS. Our founders argued over this concept for months when drafting the Constitution and even considered not having an office of central power because of it. That said, To obtain a suppressor a person must submit to an unconstitutional, intrusive background check that includes putting ones fingerprints on fil, and pay an exorbitant, $200, unconstitutional, sin tax.
