This time we start making our way back home. But before we can get there we get caught in some rough water and have to make a major decision that will change all our plans.

This time I take a trip on Kamloops lake, looking for any good places to camp. I end up fighting the wind and waves, I ruined my brand new phone, and didn't even find one single spot suitable for camping. But it was a good day none the less.

This time we had to do a lot of hard work to get to a secret hidden lake.

It was another great day on the water. This time we were joined by Sherry (Chato's mom), our friend Mike, and even our cat. It was absolutely perfect, however there was one disappointing moment, but it was such a great day, that it just didn't matter.

We had to find a better way to store our kayaks in our new place and this is what I came up with.

It started off so nice. A light breeze, some cool sights, and a tasty lunch. But after that it all went to hell...

As always it was another great adventure in the kayak. Saw some wildlife, rode some strong currents and had a cooked lunch. What more could you ask for?

Well this one isn't that exciting, just another nice day on the lake. We did see some wildlife. We saw a bear, a otter, and a couple of eagles. All in all you couldn't ask for a better day.

As always it was a beautiful day on the water. This time we learned an important lesson.

Another great day on the water. This time we went to one of our favorite places, we like to call CowPie Lake. It's normally a farmers field, but every now and then when the river floods enough, it becomes an amazing place to paddle and explore.

What was originally planned to be a camping trip got cancelled due to weather, so we just went out for the day and found a nice place for a picnic.

This was my first paddle of 2022. I walked my kayak down the road to the waters edge and then spent the day on the Thompson river. It got a bit windy towards the end of the day, but it was a great day none the less.

This is a three day trip on the Shuswap Lake, BC, Canada. We encountered some bad weather right at the start, but it wouldn't last and the rest of the trip was amazing. The scenery was beautiful, the camp sites were well maintained. Marble Point is really something to see. And we had a great time. Can't wait to do it again.
