What’s up party people?! I try my best to avoid being a hypocrite at all costs, but today - I am a hypocrite. I did something I said I would never do ever again! It involves a new guitar. Watch to find out!

What's Up Party People, today we take a look at my newest guitar, the Chapman ML3 Pro Traditional that until recently was owned by the Monkey Lord himself, Mr. Rob Chapman.

Special thank you to Charlie over at Band Aid Music in Malta and to Rob Chapman for helping me acquire this awesome piece of Chapman history!

I go over the specs in the video, but lets just say this thing plays and sounds wonderful. If you want one in this specific finish, Thomann still has them as of the filming of this video. Link here with specs and for this finish:

If you cant get one in this finish, Chapman does have 3 new finishes coming out soon. Here is a link to their announcement video for the 2022 lineup:

What's Up Party People?! I filmed this a while ago, but now is a good time to reveal which acoustic guitar I chose.

If you don't remember, I went acoustic guitar shopping a few months ago after meeting the dudes from Teton Guitars at summerNAMM.

It just so happens that my favorite guitar shop, The Guitar Farm in New London, Iowa is a Teton dealer and they had several different models in stock. I narrowed it done to my 3 favorites in the video at this link: https://youtu.be/Jjm8xTIrUiI

Acoustic guitars have always been a weird beast for me. I have a hard time finding ones that play and sound the way I want. This particular one struck a chord with me.

Teton guitars are grossly underrated and deserve far more recognition than theyve received so far!

Here are some links to where you can find out more about their guitars:

Enjoy this video, and if you like what you hear, go play one. They have dealers all over the US, so it should be easy to locate one near you!

What's Up Party People?! Today, we are doing a deep dive into this wonderful new 25th Anniversary VS6 that was just sent to me by Rick over at RBI Music, the US distributor for Vintage (the brand) guitars.

I've had it for a few weeks and now and honestly havent been able to put it down.

Vintage made 100 of this style guitar, 100 of their VJ74 bass and 100 of their V6 strat-style guitar with a maple fretboard.

**************** The US has only received 10 to 12 of EACH, so make damn sure you get one now before its too late! ***************

This is a fantastic chance to get a collectible piece of gear for under $1,000.

Here are the specs per Vintage Guitars Uk's website:

Body:
The VS6SVB maintains the original and unique double cut VS6 styling that has proven a winner with guitar players around the world, who love the ingeniously-designed offset heel and enhanced treble side cutaway, providing improved access to the upper reaches of the fretboard.

Mahogany is the perfect choice for body and neck. With a density that offers the perfect balance on the shoulder, this highly respected tonewood provides excellent low frequencies, well-defined mids and soaring highs.

Pickups:
Paired with the VS6SVB’s mahogany construction, a Wilkinson WOHZBb Double Coil pickup in the neck and bridge positions, provide exceptional output and tonal qualities. Played clean, the neck pickup delivers the warmest mellow jazz tones, whilst the bridge unit has edge and sparkle. When played with crunch or distortion, the VS6SVG is perfect for overdriven chords and soaring solos.

Controls:
Twin master Volume and Tone controls with three-way pickup selector switch.

Bridge:
Wilkinson Tune-O-Matic bridge enables fine-tuning of each string, for accurate intonation all over the fretboard.

Neck and Fingerboard:
With a one-piece, C profile mahogany neck, bound headstock and bound rosewood fingerboard with crown inlays, the VS6SVB is visually striking and, like the original VS6, this beautiful guitar delivers incredible tonal accuracy with superb playability and feel.

Nut:
A precision cut 43mm GraphTech NuBone nut ensures a smooth, friction free string bending and stable tuning.

Scale Length:
24.75" / 628mm.

Frets:
22 Medium Jumbo profile frets ensure comfort, accuracy and an overall positive feel.

Machine heads:
The VS6SVB is loaded with original Grover Rotomatic® machine heads, with a high 18.1 ratio gearing, for finer tuning, greater stability and a high degree of backlash elimination.

What's Up Party People? Today, we take a look at one of the three guitars available in Series 2 of Vintage's 25th Anniversary Series of guitars, the VS6SVB.

Vintage originally released three of their classic models as 25th anniversary editions and due to demand, they have released three more.

The special thing with these guitars are they are upgraded versions of their standard counterparts!

Only 100 of each of these models were made and I was fortunate enough to be able to get this one for the channel. Rick over at RBI Music was very gracious and sent me one upon my request.

If you like what you hear, make sure you grab one of these before its too late. Per my conversation with the folks at RBI Music, the US were only sent 10-15 of each model, and the last batch sold out really quick!!

In this video, I unbox the guitar and plug it in for the first time! I will go in depth on the specs in a later Deep Dive video.

What's Up Party People?! Welcome to another Episode of Creator Hangout. For today's episode, I am joined by two of my absolute favorites - Baxter and Jonathan from Casino Guitars.

They are darn nice gentlemen and their humor is impeccable. They do a really great job of coming up with and presenting really interesting topics in a fun and non-controversial way. The way they play off each other is just awesome.

We talk about everything from their first guitars to session work to Baxter's pink unicorn plushie! It's a riot!

Whats Up Party People, today we do a deep dive into the Chapman Guitars ML1 Hybrid in this beautiful Sarsen Stone Black finish.

I've had this one for a few months now and have really grown to love it despite some annoyances when I first got it.

Chapman has really impressed me so far and they are 3/3 for great guitars so far of the ones I've tried.

What's Up Party People?! Today we take a Deep Dive into The Physician, an overdrive from our friends over at Westminster Effects.

Westminster makes some really cool and great sounding circuits and this is one of the first ones I tried at SummerNAMM! I absolutely loved their pedals and so I had to get some on the channel!

Cody was kind enough to oblige me and I do need to disclose that I got dealer pricing on this for being a content creator.

The Physician is a subtle overdrive that goes from a slight boost to medium gain!

I had planned on using two different guitars in this video, but unfortunately, the video and audio for the portion of it where I played with a strat were out of sync. So, this video is with the Chapman ML3 Modern Abyss only!

I apologize for the inconvenience! Watch my First impression video to get an idea of what this pedal sounds like with pickups similar in tone to single coils: https://youtu.be/c9GvgQ5I4ig

Whats Up Party People?!

Today, we dive head first into a pedal I've wanted in my collection for a very long time.

That is the Dagger Distortion from our friends over at Electronic Audio Experiments. The Dagger is the younger sibling of the Longsword, but the difference is the "shift" switch in the center, which take it from distortion to a full blown fuzz circuit.

Electronic Audio Experiments has made some really rad and interesting sounding pedals and in my opinion, the Dagger is one of their best.

What's Up Party People?! Today, we ride the highway right into the heart of the Danger Zone, and phaser/tremolo combo pedal from the narly dudes over at WingmanFX and Option Knob!

This pedal can go from subtle surfy trem to full on insane modulation with just a few turns of a knob.

The challenge with this pedal is to see if I can make it go "pew pew pew" like gun noises in an 8-bit video game.

This thing is totally nuts in a good way. It has been on my want list for a while and I finally got a chance to pick one up at SummerNAMM.

It may seem like nothing more than a glorified expensive noise maker so i need to know if this can be used in a practical application or as a normal part of a gigging rig!

Thanks for coming along for the ride. Let me know in the comments what you think of this one!!!
