In this podcast we touch the surface of trauma. We discuss different forms of it and the effects it has on our bodies and minds personally as well as collectively. This subject could be conversed about for hours and hours on end. And we will get there in time. However, to start we need to first know what it is and where it comes from as well as what it does to disrupt our lives and bring us out of harmony with our true beautiful selves. Therapies, tools, healing techniques will be discussed further next week.

Many of what we thought we knew is being shown to us right now as false; a great deception. This deception runs deep throughout all layers of our lives, leaving nothing out. Once we innerstand as much as we can about this deception we can start to build a new earth; an earth that benefits all, not just a select wealthy few.
