Frugal Prepping Breakfast Burrito recipe and cost:
Current sale prices as of 11-16-2020

2lbs sausage (on sale) $7.00
1 lb bacon (on sale) $4.00
1 large white onion diced $0.64
24 eggs (on sale) $0.99
2 lbs potatoes (garden) $1.50
2 pkgs tortillas $3.50
1 lb block cheddar cheese $5.00
Total. $22.63
Per Person $0.94

Cook the sausage separately with the following spices: Red pepper flakes, Ground Cumin Seed, Black Pepper, Rubbed Sage, and Ground Coriander
Sauté the diced bacon and diced onions together so that flavor will saturate both ingredients
Scramble the eggs in butter, set aside.
Dice the potatoes and fry them in oil, set aside
Grate the cheese, and set aside
Start making burritos with all ingredients, wrap tortillas, then wrap in freezer paper and freeze.
Freezer paper is microwave safe, pull out as needed and microwave or put in oven and warm.

We will be exploring recipes for not only long term storage foods, but keeping our meals between $0.75 and $2.00 per person. Because of the state of global affairs we might looking a bleak couple of years ahead. So by learning how to prepare, and use our preps now, we will have better knowledge in the long run.
