Being a pickle usually means weakness, having no arms or, as and per comparison, the inability to move either from exhaustion or aloofness. In Payday 2 it's the progress of waiting 30 seconds to paradise, to custody for the less fortunate, not having the god-given perks Messiah and Stockholm Syndrome. Without these two lying in a corner envisioning your life as a cripple, you may as well agree to be a pickle.
