Hello, ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Styx: Master of Shadows. Styx is a stealth game where you plan as a goblin assassin/thief trying to steal a plot mcguffin for plot reasons while sneaking around and being actually stealthy.

A few things worth nothing here: this is a relatively blind playthrough and I've not gotten further than the first mission. As a result, I very much do not know what I'm doing and am just rolling with the punches essentially. Also, I start this playthrough on the hardest difficulty but make limited progress in the first episode for various related reasons and so decided to lower it to normal difficulty between this video and part 2.
