Our enemy is not travelers from Europe. Our enemy is within. We might be able to avoid disaster, but we need to tell people to stay at home until testing is ramped up. We need a week-long holiday for non-essential employees to get testing properly setup on a South Korean level. Will the president have the courage to do this?
