Company President telling me to enter 8 as time for employee who started work at 07:30....Followed up next day by me sending email explaining change in policy needed before he can do this IE Do not work before 08:00 communicated to employee that he demands come in at 07:30 open production area and turn on machines.....told employee not to do it anymore he demanded 08:00 on timesheet therefore do not clock in "or work" till 08:00...Company President was informed that an exempt employee would be responsible for this due to this employee no longer exempt ?(another illegal status change) time shaving continued. How about pics of his "informant" abusing clock out rule (specifically leaving at 7 min mark), while he (company president) blames ridicules others for 1-2 mins, with not a mention of the previous's actions.....but then his (tattle tale) got away with harassment....got a recording, (i think) somewhere of this too. if not witnesses and harrassee still exist......
